The Billiard Congress of America (or BCA) is an organization of billiard and game manufacturers and also the arbiter for rules and tournament competition in billiards. The BCA was started in 1948 with the intent to standardize the competition rules while organizing the players and establishing qualifying tournaments to promote the sport of pool and crown champions in a variety of classifications.

The BCA, in addition to promoting the sport through competition and exhibitions, also holds an annual trade show called the International Billiards and Home Recreation Expo show. Over 100 manufacturers filling over 400 booths filled the show this year in Las Vegas.
